Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MicroCreatorr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MicroCreatorr provides a Creation Studio for text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, and video-restyling generation across multiple third-party AI providers; a Product Ad Generator for template-based marketing creative; and integrations to publish generated media to connected social accounts. Model availability, output quality, and generation speed depend on the underlying third-party providers and may change without notice.

3. Accounts & Access

The Service does not currently require account registration or authentication to generate content. Where you connect third-party accounts (social platforms, external MCP servers), you are responsible for the security of those credentials and for any activity performed using tokens you've authorized.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or publish content that:

• Is illegal, or depicts, promotes, or facilitates illegal activity;
• Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — strictly prohibited without exception;
• Is non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexually explicit content involving real identifiable people without their consent;
• Infringes another party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
• Impersonates a real person in a misleading or harmful way, including deceptive deepfakes;
• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or incites violence against individuals or groups;
• Violates the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI provider or social platform used to generate or publish it.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Service for use that violates this section, and to report unlawful content to appropriate authorities where required.

5. Content Ownership & License

As between you and MicroCreatorr, you own the prompts you submit and, subject to the underlying AI provider's terms, the media generated from them. You grant MicroCreatorr a limited license to store, process, and transmit your prompts and generated media solely to operate the Service — including sending them to the AI provider you select and, if you initiate it, publishing them to a social account you've connected. We do not claim ownership over your generated content.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

Generation is performed by third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, Google (Gemini/Veo), Stability AI, xAI, Kling, Runway, Luma AI, and fal.ai (hosting ByteDance Seedance and MiniMax Hailuo models). Each provider's own terms of service and usage policies apply to content generated through their models, in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output quality of any third-party provider, nor for changes to their pricing or capabilities.

7. Social Publishing

When you connect and use the Service to publish to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, you represent that you have the right to post the content and that doing so complies with that platform's community guidelines and terms of service. Publishing failures caused by platform-side restrictions (e.g. account review status, content policy rejections) are outside our control.

8. Credits & Billing

Pricing tiers and credit costs described on the Pricing page are presentational and subject to change. No payment processing is currently active on this instance of the Service; any future billing terms will be presented before being enforced.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE, UNEXPECTED, OR UNSUITABLE FOR YOUR INTENDED USE, AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING GENERATED CONTENT BEFORE PUBLISHING OR RELYING ON IT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICROCREATORR AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY GENERATED OR PUBLISHED CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above, or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service, disconnect social accounts, and remove MCP server connections at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or our practices. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
